Return and Refund Policy
At HBAK Choices, we value customer satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Process for Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hbakchoices@gmail.com with your order details.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please ensure the package is well-secured and trackable, as items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the customer without proof that the item arrived damaged.
- Sale items, discounted products, and items purchased using discount codes (such as Summer/Winter/Autumn Eid Sale, Stock Clearance, or other promotions) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hbakchoices@gmail.com. Provide details and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will review your case.
Upon approval, we will work to either replace the item or offer a suitable resolution to correct the issue.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once your return is accepted, you may purchase a new item separately.
Exchange Fees:
- A fee of 20% of the original invoice/parcel amount will be charged to exchange an item with a new one. This fee covers restocking and handling.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, we will deduct 10% of the original purchase amount as a processing fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded via your preferred payment method.
Refund Processing Time:
- After approval, it may take between 3 to 12 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on your financial institution.
